Cases

This site is now home to a number of cases that have been submitted to ACT over the years. Individual cases have been organized alphabetically below. The edition of JCT cases were published in is noted in parentheses when possible. The cases are also available by perusing the digital copies of the Journal for Case Teaching that are available on this site’s Journal page. Information about the availability of other cases can also be found below.

Copyright Information: Feel free to browse through the cases and download them. Cases can be photocopied for classroom use. Copyright is held by The Case Study Institute.

Additional case studies through 1995 are held at the Yale Divinity School Library Case Clearing House.
